Job Title: Trainee Sales Negotiator Location: Sutton Coldfield (number of options in and around Sutton Coldfield depending on which branch you live closest to) Basic: £22,000 OTE: £25,000+ with a guaranteed commission in place Job Type: Full-time, Permanent A multi-branch, highly reviewed Estate Agency is looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join their team as a Trainee Sales Negotiator in Sutton Coldfield or surrounding area. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity to kick-start your career in Estate Agency with one of the leading firms in the area. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the sales process by liaising with clients and buyers. Arrange and conduct property viewings. Provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients about available properties. Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers. Generate and follow up on leads to maximise sales opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Key Skills and Attributes: A proactive and positive attitude with a strong desire to learn. Excellent communication and social skills. Good IT skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. A strong team player with the drive to succeed.
