Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Skills and Experience: Previous experience in sales or estate agency is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on closing deals. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. A results-driven, proactive, and ambitious attitude, with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets. Full UK driving licence or equivalent.
