Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Role and Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and sellers, offering expert advice throughout the sales process. Advertise and manage properties for sale, and proactively generate new business through marketing activities and prospecting. Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers, ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients. Liaise with solicitors, surveyors, and other professionals to ensure smooth property transactions and provide regular updates to clients. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead and offer relevant advice to clients. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets to contribute to the agency s success. all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and maintain compliance with legal requirements. Estate Agent Sales Negotiator Skills and Experience: Previous experience in sales or estate agency is essential. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on closing deals. Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. A results-driven, proactive, and ambitious attitude, with a passion for meeting and exceeding targets. Full UK driving licence or equivalent.
