You will be working for one of the best in the business: a company that has market dominance and a great reputation in the area.You will receive a basic salary + commission as detailed below with a genuine OTE of £35k +Basic salary £24k£50 per self-generated sale£30 per mortgage sign up£30 per self-generated conveyancing completionGuaranteed commission for first 6 month £500 per month.45p per business mile.Hours are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30 and every other Saturday 09:00 - 16:00 with a day off in lieu.Duties will includes: Administration Viewing generation Market appraisal generation Canvassing Viewing feedback Vendor care Sales progression Attending viewings The candidate: Property background is essential Exceptional customer service Career driven Target and sales motivated Well mannered Strong local knowledge Professional Articulate Highly organised Passionate about property Loyal and honest.
