Develop and nurture strong relationships with developers, investors and key stakeholders. Stay ahead of market trends to ensure we maintain our competitive edge. Own the full sales process, from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring a seamless client and customer journey. Conduct viewings, provide expert advice, and negotiate offers to achieve the best outcomes and hand over agreed sales to our Sales Progression team. Have a strong track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Are an exceptional negotiator and communicator, able to build relationships at all levels.
