Vacancy Name Senior Marketing Planning Manager Vacancy No VN455 Employment Type Full-Time Business Name Love2shop Location Liverpool Job Purpose: Responsible for the development of performance marketing plans that grow customer numbers, total billings and profit for Love2shop via the websites and internal business sales team. Continuously monitor and report against set KPI s, analysing trends and making recommendations to maximise opportunities. Work with the marketing and sales teams to effectively execute the plans. Principal Accountabilities: Lead the development of performance driven marketing plans to drive growth in customer acquisition (online transactions and managed client leads/opportunities), retention and growth for Love2shop products and services. With the Marketing Director, set the annual KPI s. Constantly monitor performance against the KPI s with the Head of Marketing. Use insight from our own internal data (Salesforce, GA, DA etc), the target customers demographics and preferences, the market and competitor activity, to inform the plans. Work closely with Analytics, Digital, CRO and Commercial Finance teams to understand the real detail behind performance, identifying trends and pushing forward potential opportunities. Work closely with the sales and account development team on the development, and conversion, of leads to sales. Work with the wider marketing teams who will plan and execute the campaigns to aid growth in existing/new customers/leads. Own the website content for B2B activity, CX and process for lead generation. Work with the UX team to plan, implement and track CRO activities. Make suggestions for improvement. Work closely with the business services team to retain and reactivate existing, lapsed and lapsing accounts. Provide sales tools and marketing activities that help improve conversion, retention rates and aid cross selling. Management of external agencies, providing them with objectives and regular feedback. Develop, monitor and report against a marketing budget. Working with Legal and Compliance, ensure content and communications are compliant with FCA (where applicable) and provide a clear representation of the customer offer/terms and conditions. Technical Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Experience Needed): Strong analytical skills with inquisitive nature. Sound commercial acumen. Digital or database marketing background. Excellent knowledge and experience of marketing to business clients. Demonstrable experience in the full marketing mix including digital and offline activities. Ability to communicate across all levels and develop relationships with key internal and external contacts. Good organisational skills with ability to multi-task.
