Your role at Vantive As a Downstream Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our service product management strategy within the EMEA Technical Service team. Commercially oriented, your expertise will be invaluable in educating, driving profitability and overseeing continuous improvement projects throughout the region. Your leadership and deep understanding of healthcare services will be key in shaping and executing our commercial strategy. This is a regional role reporting to the Senior Director for Technical Service EMEA on a fully remote or hybrid work basis with any EMEA country. What you ll be doing: Understand and analyze the products, market, competition, and emerging customer needs specific to the EMEA region. Use the information to develop a strategy and service offerings to fit the needs of the EMEA clusters and countries. Translates the results of the market insights into a clear prioritization of sales action. Provides input on new markets, new product introductions, and existing products or supplies. Support Service Launch Readiness and Excellence by partnering with the local commercial team to ensure service offerings are defined prior to launch and are aligned to the country. Create and complete training, tools and marketing collateral to help the EMEA region promote the value of service and to successfully sell service to generate incremental revenue and maintain existing customer relationships. Support price & contract negotiations to successfully close customer deals. Promotes and establishes education of the company's products and/or services. Partner with Service and Commercial Leadership to evaluate profitability of existing and new service offers, identify trade-offs, actively seek out alternate solutions to overcome barriers and work collaboratively to ensure a positive outcome for both ourselves and the customer. Through market research, identify new service offerings, underserved markets, business models, process improvements, go-to market strategies that are supported by data and can be sustained operationally with short-term return on investment. Analyze best business practices around the region, identify the ones with the best return on investment and provide recommendations for bringing to bear into other countries, including emerging markets. What you ll bring: Extensive experience in a regional/international marketing role within the medical device industry Outstanding communication and collaboration skills; proactively shares information within and across the organization, listens actively and tailors the message to the audience. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. Demonstrated innovative thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong work ethic, ability to take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced evolving environment. Master s degree preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
