We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Shopper Marketing Manager to join our Head Office in Liverpool City Centre. The successful applicant will lead all Shopper Marketing planning and activation across Princes Brands. As well as this, they will translate brand strategy and campaigns into tailored shopper activation and plans. They will also understand the channel and customer strategy, and align Princes shopper activation plans.
Dimensions:
Develop the Shopper plan based on shopper mission, channel & shopper insight. Develop and execute the shopper calendar on a rolling 12-18 month basis, based on behaviour change & brand/customer needs. Manage the shopper messaging basics, i.e. SRP (on-going) + Brand Activation (time-bound). Develop Customer Sell Stories. Clear understanding of channels/environments and how to activate them for shoppers. Agree implementation directly with customers. Evaluate activity and develop a ROI mindest. Lead any product sampling requirements. Key Responsibilities: Own the customer calendar and shopper marketing plan Manage all shopper marketing and agency relationships and briefs, developing plans that deliver best ROI for Princes and customers. Develop and manage relationships with customer marketing teams. Manage and execute shopper marketing calendars, collaborating closely with brand marketing, category and sales teams. Improve and measure brand performance through shopper plans. Identify untapped shopper need states or shopper groups that are new / growth opportunities. Develop customer sell stories and support in the creation of customer growth plans. Role Requirements
Knowledge, Skills & Experience: The job holder will have strong experience across shopper marketing planning and activation, as well as good knowledge of digital, social and e-commerce platforms. A proven team leader and collaborator.
