Hybrid working - 3 days in office - Hackney (London Fields) Role type Permanent / Full Time Compensation: £38,000 - £43,000 The role We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our award-winning Retention Marketing Agency. You will play a crucial role in our client success, ensuring the successful delivery of our email & SMS services, for a wide range of leading ecommerce brands. This role is pivotal in maintaining and nurturing relationships. You will take ownership of account management across our client portfolio, collaborating with our incredible Copy, Design & CRM teams to oversee the execution of all client tasks, ensuring timely delivery, clarity of communication and exceptional quality of service. This role will require client-facing communication and the ability to delegate work among team members. You will also be responsible for client updates, working with our teams to strategically conceptualise marketing calendars, QA work and support with reporting. Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for our clients, building strong relationships and understanding their evolving needs. Attend weekly & bi-weekly client-facing meetings and take notes on calls. Communicate with clients for approvals and ongoing tasks. Organise team workflows across multiple accounts and create/support with systems to streamline productivity. Delegate and create action items for both our internal team and the clients. Assign and ensure deadlines are met by the team while considering the team's bandwidth. Maintain a strong relationship between clients and teammates. Support the CRM team with strategy, quality assurance & campaign calendars. Support with weekly/monthly reporting across accounts. Understand Project management/organisational platforms like Notion. Create and organise client/employee Notion pages and processes to increase team efficiency. Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships. Requirements Minimum 2 year of experience in Digital Account Management / Project Management (email marketing, agency or ecommerce experience preferred) Ability to develop and maintain positive relationships with a wide range of internal and external teams. Exceptional interpersonal skills who thrive in a fast paced and client-focused environment. Excel at managing multiple projects and deadlines without compromising on quality. Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging open communication and knowledge sharing. Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills. Systematic, methodical and pragmatic approach to your work and to client success. Self-motivated with a client-first mentality, consistently taking the initiative to deliver exceptional results. Experience with ESP / CRM tools like Klaviyo is a bonus.
