Among Yorkshire's top 10 fastest-growing businesses in 2023. The Role We are seeking an ambitious and driven Sales Director to lead and grow our high-performing sales team across three offices. The successful candidate will oversee the sales of UK off-plan properties to investors owner-occupiers, ensuring the team meets and exceeds targets while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. This role requires a strategic leader with proven experience managing multiple sales teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Real estate experience is not essential, but a strong track record in sales leadership, strategy and team development is critical. Responsibilities Sales Leadership & Strategy Develop and implement a cohesive, high-performance sales strategy to drive revenue growth across all three offices. Set ambitious yet achievable targets, ensuring they are consistently met or exceeded through structured team leadership and effective execution. North Property Group offers one of the strongest portfolios in the market, with over 15 live developments at any time across 4 5 major UK cities. Our pipeline includes an extensive range of units - varied by price point, payment plan, completion timeline, and unique selling propositions - providing the sales team with abundant, high-quality stock to deliver strong results. Success in this role requires building a strategically aligned sales function, capable of performing across multiple sites and adapting to shifting project demands. The ability to monitor market trends and competitor activity is essential to stay ahead of the curve and identify new sales opportunities. Salesforce should be utilised to its full potential - using data and insights to target the right buyers, streamline workflows, and maximise lead conversion. Collaboration with the marketing team is key to ensuring that promotional campaigns directly support sales objectives, creating a unified go-to-market strategy. Team Management & Development Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 15 sales professionals (growing to 25 within 18 months). Manage and support 3 Associate Directors, ensuring each branch operates efficiently and effectively. Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training of new and existing staff to maintain a high-performing team. Create a positive, results-driven culture that encourages collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Operational Excellence Ensure all sales processes and procedures are streamlined and consistently followed across all offices. Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism in all client interactions. Implement and leverage technology to enhance sales performance and reporting. Regularly review and analyse sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. Travel & Collaboration Travel between the three offices as required to provide hands-on support and ensure alignment. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, and internal teams. What We're Looking For Essential Skills & Experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of leading multiple teams in a high-pressure, target-driven environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop teams to achieve their full potential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems, sales analytics tools, and other technology to drive performance. Highly organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines. Ambitious, driven, and results-oriented, with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets. Desirable Skills & Experience Experience in the real estate or property sector is a plus but not essential. Knowledge of international markets and experience working with global clients. Experience scaling teams and managing rapid growth. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Team growth and retention rates. Client satisfaction and feedback. Successful implementation of training and development programs. Effective use of technology to enhance sales performance.
