The Opportunity: We re partnering with a cutting-edge client seeking a driven, strategic, and commercially-minded Sales Director (EMEA) . This is a key leadership role with direct impact responsible for accelerating revenue, building a world-class sales function, and expanding presence across the UK and EMEA markets. You ll collaborate closely with the global executive team to shape and execute the regional commercial vision. What You'll Be Doing: Own and drive the EMEA sales strategy, fueling demand generation and sustainable revenue growth. Develop and deepen relationships with HoldCos, independents, and direct brands to grow the client base. Align with global leadership to craft and implement bespoke commercial strategies in line with company objectives. Act as the regional face of the business championing the brand, values, and capabilities to clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Build and lead a high-performing sales team recruiting, mentoring, and scaling as the business grows. Manage the sales pipeline with precision, consistently delivering results and surpassing revenue targets. What We're Looking For: A strong track record in selling brand-led advertising campaigns within AdTech or digital media. Deep relationships and networks across media agencies and brand-side marketers. Proven ability to communicate, pitch, and negotiate at senior levels.
