Sales Director Our client is a fast-scaling Femtech company and they re now looking to bring on a Director of Sales to help drive new business across the provider landscape and support international growth efforts. The Opportunity: This is a high-impact role for a commercially-driven sales leader who can own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing multi-stakeholder deals. The Director of Sales will report to the VP of Sales and play a key role in expanding the company s presence Internationally. Key Responsibilities: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales or business development, selling into insurers or employers. Manage pipeline, forecast performance, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, implementation) to align on GTM strategy and customer needs Represent the client at key industry conferences and customer meetings Provide real-time market feedback to support product and commercial strategy Preferred Qualifications: Preferred benefits/healthcare/Insurer sales experience Passion for building new verticals, expanding market segments and taking on challenges. A robust network of relationships with key stakeholders
