This role involves working with delivery teams and central specialists to ensure a cohesive approach to advancing Hydrock's market position. Responsibilities Develop and implement the Regional Business Plan to meet KPIs Secure multi-disciplinary work across diverse clients Identify local growth sectors and develop initiatives to target them Monitor financials and regional KPIs, taking action on variances Inform the Executive Board about market developments and improvements 1. Be the sales lead for the region Drive business development using existing contacts and knowledge Chair BD meetings and Regional Boards Manage key client programs, frameworks, and sector approaches Lead client care and work-winning initiatives Aim to meet personal targets for work winning and client development Lead major bids and identify flagship projects Introduce new services locally and network with decision makers 2. Foster a positive regional culture Encourage multi-disciplinary collaboration Embed new service lines and marketing initiatives Promote team dynamics and social activities Support recruitment, retention, and DEI efforts Advocate for social value and community engagement Upskill regional teams in sales, client care, and networking 3. Enhance the Hydrock brand in the region Organize events and PR activities Represent Hydrock in local and national associations Position Hydrock for awards and partnerships Utilize the Client Listening Programme effectively 4. Contribute to business development Participate in steering groups and project teams Identify development opportunities and provide feedback Maintain communication with regional and divisional directors Provide market feedback to leadership The Regional Director role is a senior leadership position focused on profitable growth in the built environment sector.
