Job Title: Regional Sales Manager Salary: £80 - £100k (Self Employed) Location: North East Who are we?: Welcome to the world of Better Energy by Project Solar UK, the UK s largest and most accredited Solar Panel Installer! The role: Reporting to the Sales Director your key responsibilities will include: - Driving the development and implementation of new sales agents across the region and generate new business working to KPI s and targets. - Collaborate with other regional sales managers as well as office-based managers and staff. - Set targets and action plans with initiatives to grow the business. - Monitor and growth and performance of your sales team. - Establish and drive business forward within the region. - Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management What you ll bring: - Proven track record in leading direct/field sales teams. - Experience in the Renewables or Green Energy and Home Improvement sectors advantageous. - Self-Motivated with a drive to succeed. - Willingness to go that extra mile to be successful. - Possess strong leadership skills to gain results and be willing to travel.
