About Our Client Our client is a well-established and globally respected organisation within the industrial/manufacturing sector. Known for its dedication to innovation and quality, they boast a large workforce that is committed to continual growth and improvement. You'll be joining a large HR team in the UK, and part of a wider global HR unit. Job Description The HR Business Partner will be responsible for: Strategically partnering with the business to identify opportunities for increased efficiency and improved performance Acting as a change agent to the business through process design and approach Working with the wider HR team and Centres of Excellence to provide comprehensive support to employees Providing counsel and support on application of HR policy and practices Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention Supporting managers in performance management procedures The Successful Applicant To be considered, the HR Business Partner must have: Knowledge of employment law Proven experience in a HR role at Senior Advisor/ Business Partner level and above within a global/ heavily matrixed organisation Ability to build and manage relationships with stakeholders at various levels This is a hybrid role, offering the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week. The other 3 days per week, your time will be split between sites in central Oxford (with free parking), West Oxfordshire and Newcastle (overnight stays will be required every 6 weeks or so). Therefore, this position might suit someone based in North Oxfordshire/ South Midlands.
