Implement HR policies and procedures across the organisation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Support recruitment processes by assisting with job descriptions, interviews and selection. Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement. Coordinate with other departments to identify HR needs and develop solutions. Manage employee relations and onboarding and exit processes. Conduct regular performance and salary reviews. Profile A strong understanding of HR practices and employment law. Proficiency in HR systems and databases. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. A proactive approach to problem-solving.
