Hays are working with a local organisation to appoint a HR Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Your new role Assist with talent management initiatives. Provide daily performance management guidance to line managers. Aid managers and team leaders in their leadership development through coaching and feedback. Collaborate on employee engagement initiatives Assist with selection processes Design and facilitate training sessions and workshops. Support the compensation management process, including salary reviews, payroll, and personnel cost forecasting. Assist with UK benefits management. Provide support for employee relations, manage complex absence cases, and act as an escalation point. Deputise for the Senior HR Team when required. Handle ad hoc projects as needed. Experience you'll need to succeed Degree or relevant qualification in HR or related subject Up-to-date knowledge of employment law Recruitment Handled complex ER cases Design of HR policies in addition to interpreting and implementing these policies and procedures.
