Director - GTM Recruitment and Executive Search London City Hybrid working Basic salary £100,000 + £50,000 - £60,000 team override + account growth bonus + path to equity About the Company Our client is a market leading global GTM Search and recruitment firm specialising in finding world-class talent for some of the world s most innovative companies. They support their clients in hiring the leaders and teams who will help them grow from their earliest stages to becoming multi-billion-dollar enterprises in rapid time. They have a network of offices across the globe and provide opportunities for people to live and work abroad as they progress through the business. About the Role This is a non-billing management role managing the delivery of the London office. You will be You will be taking control of managing the delivery function of the London office. Looking after an established team focussed on the delivery of retained, committed search and contingent GTM project hires. Your role role will be focussed on leading through others and motivating and delivery process across the team. The team currently work on approx 80%+ retained search with average fees of 25k-30k. You will be managing a team of 10 made of managers, senior consultants, principal consultants and associate consultants. You will be driving process and performance of the team and workimng towards growing the revenue of the London office from 2.5 million to 4 million. Business delvepmen and Client origination is largerly carried out by Partners and client services orientated consultants in the business. Responsibilities Lead through others head of delivery function of the London business Manage a high performing tema Grow team and business area drive excellence of delivery and true partnership Senior account managemnt of key accounts alongside training and development of team Data analysis of team performance and metrics Own the research and delivery function reporting weekly to key clients/Internal Produce high quality mapping documents, status reports and candidate appraisals Attend candidate and client meetings where required Capture and share relevant search, sector and market related information, trends, data and knowledge Assist with the preparation of compelling pitch documentation and business generation strategies Required Skills Experience/Knowledge of recruitment into the GTM space or similar. Management of a team of consultants or delivery team management of 1 million + Highly organised with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and remain calm under pressure Diligent time optimizer who can work quickly but with rigour and attention to detail Results focused with the drive to consistently deliver and exceed targets set Excellent communication & listening skills with the ability to distill complex information succinctly Demonstrates complete discretion and integrity Good professional judgement and EQ Tenacious and resilient in the face of adversity Learning agility and an inquisitive mind in understanding new markets quickly Proactive, positive and solutions-focused Strong relationship building skills with a respectful, collaborative and flexible style Pay range and compensation package Basic salary of £100,000 depending on relevant experience. £50-60k team override Whilst is a non-billing role you will have opportuntiy to earn off account growth and origination. long term incentive plans and route to equity
