Position: Cluster Director of Sales Salary: £100,000 + Bonuses & Benefits Location: London & Selected Provincial Locations We are proud to be working with a leading hotel group currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Cluster Director of Sales to join their senior leadership team. In this high-profile role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction, performance, and leadership of the sales function across a portfolio of up to six hotels , with a primary focus on properties based in London , as well as selected sites in the provinces . Key Responsibilities: Drive commercial performance across the cluster, delivering against revenue targets and business growth objectives. Lead and inspire on-property and cluster sales teams, fostering a high-performance culture. Develop and execute innovative sales strategies aligned with overall business goals. Build strong relationships with key corporate clients, travel partners, and stakeholders. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Candidate Profile: Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the hospitality sector (multi-property or cluster experience preferred). Strong network within the UK hospitality market, particularly London. Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
