Role Description: This role involves conceptualizing, building, and scaling an industry consulting practice. Candidates should describe their fit for these roles across various dimensions, including: Experience delivering advisory projects with examples. Experience leading teams on advisory projects, including details on business problems, team size, roles, and client sponsors. Experience managing complex teams delivering significant business, process, or technology changes. Experience selling consulting engagements. Experience building consulting teams, recruiting, mentoring, and developing frameworks and solutions. Employment Type: Permanent Experience: 12-15+ years, preferably in Healthcare (Pharma) R&D sector with industry expertise in specific areas. Location: London / Milton Keynes, UK Preferred Qualifications: MBA from a leading business school 12-15+ years of business consulting experience Strong facilitation skills and excellent oral and written communication skills Lean & Six Sigma certifications (preferred, not mandatory) Ability to lead teams with a strong work ethic, curiosity, and a focus on client service. Personality and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to manage intensive workloads effectively. Team player committed to team outcomes. High emotional intelligence to work with diverse clients and teams.
