They are therapeutic and they offer a lot of flexibility with home working, so you can have a good work - life balance. Responsibilities of the Fostering Manager: The Fostering Manager will oversee a service that has 68 children placed They will manage a stable team of 6 Supervising Social Workers and a Team Manager.
