Position: Aviation Broker Location: London / Hybrid Salary: £60,000 - £100,000+ (doe) The client is seeking an experienced Aviation Broker to join their dynamic and growing team, managing a portfolio of international clients and placing complex aviation risk into the London insurance market. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual with a strong network and a passion for aviation risk solutions. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow relationships with an existing portfolio of international aviation clients. Place a wide range of aviation and aerospace risks into the London market. Work closely with underwriters to negotiate terms and secure the most competitive and comprehensive coverage. Maintain and develop strong relationships across multiple markets to ensure the best outcomes for clients. Advise clients on current market conditions, insurance trends, and risk management strategies. Deliver exceptional service and bespoke insurance solutions tailored to client needs. What s needed to be considered: Proven experience in aviation insurance broking, ideally with exposure to general aviation and aerospace risks. Deep understanding of the London insurance market and placement strategies. Strong existing relationships with key underwriters and carriers. Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and communication skills. Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
