Position: Aviation Claims Broker Location: London / Hybrid Salary: £60,000 - £90,000+ (doe) The client is seeking a highly experienced Aviation Insurance Claims Broker to join their dedicated aviation team, managing a broad range of international claims across general aviation and aerospace risks. This is a senior-level opportunity for a confident and capable claims professional who can handle the end-to-end claims process and maintain trusted relationships with both clients and London market insurers. Key Responsibilities: Manage the full lifecycle of aviation insurance claims, from initial notification to final settlement. Act as a key liaison between clients, underwriters, loss adjusters, and legal representatives. Handle complex and high-value claims across a range of aviation risks on an international basis. Maintain strong, proactive relationships with clients, providing guidance and regular updates throughout the claims process. Work closely with the broking team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional client service. Navigate and utilise London Market Claims systems (e.g. ECF, CLASS) with confidence and precision. Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and market practices. What s needed to be considered: Extensive experience in handling aviation insurance claims, ideally in both general aviation and aerospace sectors. Strong working knowledge of London Market Claims systems and procedures. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to manage client expectations effectively. Proven ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve complex claims efficiently. A client-first mindset with a strong sense of professionalism and integrity.
