Job Purpose Strategically lead the audit function, working closely with Partners to align service delivery with the firm's commercial goals Oversee the provision of audits from planning to completion, including identifying new processes to improve efficiencies Collaborate with other departments to ensure a comprehensive service delivery Represent the company at networking and business events, identifying new business opportunities Identify opportunities to introduce and cross-sell company services to new and existing clients Champion professional development across the time, identifying knowledge gaps and providing training About the Employer This established and well-respected firm in Southend-on-Sea is recognised for it's people-led approach to providing a full-suite of financial services to a diverse, loyal, and growing client portfolio.
