Job Purpose As Audit Senior, you will: Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients, ensuring expectations and deadlines are met Lead audits from planning to completion, including fieldwork and final reporting Review work completed by junior team members, providing constructive feedback Prepare financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards Build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as a key point of contact Mentor and develop junior staff members, fostering a collaborative team environment Support the firm on ad-hoc projects, including due diligence and business advisory tasks About the Employer This highly regarded accountancy practice in Southend-on-Sea is known for its dedication to client satisfaction and employee development.
