Role Responsibilities As an Audit Partner, your responsibilities will include: Leading the firm s audit function, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance Managing a portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted advisor and building strong, long-lasting relationships Reviewing and signing off audit reports as a Responsible Individual (RI) Developing and implementing strategies to grow the audit practice and expand the client base Overseeing and mentoring the audit team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration Working alongside other Partners to shape the firm s strategic direction and contribute to business growth Keeping up to date with regulatory changes, ensuring the firm remains compliant and competitive About the Firm This Leigh-on-Sea-based accountancy firm has a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality services to a loyal and diverse client base.
