Account Executive - Care & Social Welfare Location: York (Hybrid) Salary: £40,000 to £65,000 (DOE) + Benefits + Bonus The Company This independent, Yorkshire-based brokerage is proud of its genuinely people-orientated culture where collaboration, integrity and career growth are all actively supported. Their specialist Care & Social Welfare team partners with a wide range of clients across the care sector, including care homes, hospices, charities, and supported living providers. It s a values-driven team working in a space that truly makes a difference and now they re looking for a like-minded Account Executive to help them continue to grow. The Role This is a growth-focused Account Executive role ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships and developing new business. You ll be responsible for identifying and pursuing new opportunities within the care sector, offering a consultative approach to understand the unique needs of each client and tailoring insurance solutions accordingly. You'll also take ownership of your portfolio, building lasting partnerships based on trust, sector insight, and outstanding service. What We re Looking For: Experience in commercial insurance (ideally with prior Account Executive or development responsibilities) A natural relationship builder with a strong commercial mindset Passionate about generating new business and developing long-term client partnerships Interest or experience in the care and charity sector is highly desirable Motivated by progression this company will back your growth all the way Team & Culture You ll be part of a supportive and ambitious team that values genuine passion, purpose, and professionalism.
