Commercial Account Handler Location : York (Hybrid Structure) Salary : Up to £45,000 Dependent on Experience The Company A well-established brokerage is seeking an experienced Account Handler to join their team in York. The Role As a Commercial Account Handler, you will manage a portfolio of SME/Commercial clients, providing expert advice and delivering exceptional service. You will handle policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, and queries while working closely with Account Executives to ensure clients receive tailored insurance solutions. This role suits a proactive and client-focused professional who thrives on building strong relationships and providing excellent customer service. Requirements Previous experience in the insurance industry, ideally in commercial lines. Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships. Confidence in handling policy renewals, amendments, and general client queries. A proactive and team-oriented approach to work. An understanding of general commercial insurance products (Property, Liability, Motor, etc.) is preferred.
