Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus

About Us:

My clients are a leading dental practice known for delivering exceptional care and top-quality service. We are looking for a dedicated Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join our team and contribute to the smooth-running of our practice while driving patient care and revenue growth.

This is a full-time, dedicated TCO role — we are not looking for hybrid candidates (e.g., Nurse/TCO). If you are passionate about patient coordination, sales, and treatment planning, this is the opportunity for you!

Role Overview:

As a Treatment Coordinator (TCO), your primary responsibility will be managing patient treatment plans, explaining procedures, and ensuring patients have a seamless experience throughout their dental journey. You will work closely with our clinical team to present tailored treatment options and support patients in making informed decisions. Your role will also contribute directly to the practice's growth, as you will be working toward a target-driven environment, with attractive bonus potential tied to performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Treatment Consultation & Planning: Meet with patients to discuss their treatment options, explain procedures in detail, and help them understand the benefits and costs of various treatments.

Generate Income: Actively work towards achieving monthly treatment targets. You will have a target of £125,000 per month, and when the practice hits the £75,000 threshold, you will earn a percentage commission on the monthly income generated.

Sales Focus: Ensure you meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective treatment coordination and following up with patients.

Patient Management: Schedule treatments, follow up on pending appointments, and maintain a high level of patient satisfaction.

Administrative Support: Maintain accurate patient records, process treatment plans, and handle any necessary paperwork related to patient treatments.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the dental team, ensuring a smooth patient journey and assisting with the flow of the practice.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a dedicated Treatment Coordinator (TCO) in a dental or healthcare setting.

Strong sales experience with a proven ability to meet targets and generate income.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex treatments and procedures in an easy-to-understand manner.

Passionate about providing exceptional customer service and patient care.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures.

Previous experience working with dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Exact) is a plus.

Benefits:

Competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000, plus bonus potential.

Commission structure based on performance (with monthly earnings potential).

Target of £125,000 per month with an attractive bonus after hitting the £75,000 threshold.

Opportunity to work in a supportive, positive, and professional team environment.

Ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
