Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a leading organisation based within the Borehamwood office. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join a vibrant team environment, working on the reception desk, welcoming visitors and providing all round office support.
This opportunity would suit a candidate who is friendly and approachable, with previous experience within a similar position, working on a reception desk, with strong administration experience.

Salary - up to £30,000 depending on experience, plus good benefits
Location - Borehamwood
Hours - Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 5pm
This position will be fully office based

Some of the duties will include:

Working on the reception desk, welcoming visitors into the office
Managing meeting rooms
Distribution and collection of post
Management and replenishment of office supplies including stationary, meeting room supplies. milk, fruit, cleaning products and more
Maintaining the building and office space
Supporting office desk moves and redesigns
Working with suppliers and contractors on any maintenance issues within the office
Car park management and space allocation
Handling internal communications, sending updates across the business relating to the office
Supporting the events manager and marketing team
Support department managers with administrative tasks
The suitable candidate:

Previous experience within a similar position
Strong administration experience
Great organisational skills
Strong communication skills on all levels
High level of attention to detail
Must be local to the Borehamwood area to be able to commute
Must be happy to be fully office based
