Our clients, a highly respected Estate Agent in the Chelmsford Area, are looking to employ a Trainee Sales Negotiator to their expanding team. The successful candidate will need to be self-motivated and have a desire to succeed! The successful Trainee Sales Negotiator will be offered: Up to £20,000 basic salary £35,000 On Target Earnings 28 Days Holiday (Inc. Bank Holidays) 5 Day Work Week Working Hours: Mondays Friday 09:00 17:30 Saturday s 09:00 16:00 3 out of 4 lieu day in week. To be considered for the Trainee Sales Negotiator Role you must have: Ability to work within a team Ambition andself-motivated Full UK Driving License Experience in either a customer service or sales background As a Trainee Sales Negotiator, your role will include but not be limited to: Successfully Negotiating offers Calling out new properties to potential buyers Marketing updates to Vendors Attending and booking Viewings Booking Market Appraisals Relaying post-viewing feedback
