Our client, a market leading property firm, are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator to strengthen their team. The successful applicant will be rewarded with a yearly bonus, commission, a very competitive salary and the opportunity to gain further knowledge in the industry. Key Responsibilities: Managing the database Arranging all appointments Discussing valuations Actively looking for potential new listings Building relationships with vendors and ensure they are updated throughout the full sales process Skills & Experience Required: Minimum 6 months estate agency experience Demonstratable experience of working within a target driven environment.
