Role Responsibilities As Tax Director, you ll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional client service, leading a talented tax team, and contributing to the strategic success of the firm. Your responsibilities will include: Oversee the delivery of tax advisory and compliance services to a varied client base, including HNWIs, SMEs, and large corporates Develop and implement the firm s tax strategy, aligning it with broader business goals Act as a key advisor to clients, providing guidance on complex tax matters such as corporate restructuring, inheritance tax, international tax, and R&D claims Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a proactive approach to meeting their needs Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the firm s growth by building a network of professional contacts Ensure compliance with the latest tax legislation and regulations, advising clients on changes and their implications Represent the firm at client meetings, networking events, and professional forums About the Firm This leading accountancy firm in London is known for its innovative approach, commitment to excellence, and dedication to its people.
