Zachary Daniels partnering with a Fine/High Jewellery Brand, looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead the boutique, delivering operational excellence and setting the standard for luxury retail. Your Role As the Store Manager , you will act as the custodian of our brand's values and reputation. You will: Leadership & Team Development: Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, fostering a collaborative and customer-centric culture. Exceptional Client Experience: Create a world-class shopping journey by ensuring every client interaction reflects the brand's prestige, from personalized consultations to after-sales service. Business Acumen: Drive sales growth through effective management of KPIs, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue. Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations, including visual merchandising, stock control, compliance, and ensuring the boutique adheres to the highest standards of presentation and functionality. Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting relationships with clients, leveraging CRM tools to grow the boutique's VIP clientele and ensuring brand loyalty. Collaboration: Partner with the department store's management and our corporate headquarters to align with marketing initiatives, brand events, and seasonal campaigns. What We're Looking For We are searching for a leader with a passion for luxury retail and fine jewellery, along with: Proven Retail Leadership Experience: A track record of managing luxury or premium retail environments, ideally within fine jewellery, watches, or fashion. Sales & Service Excellence: Strong ability to inspire a team to achieve sales targets while maintaining an exceptional standard of client service. Knowledge of Luxury Goods: Familiarity with high-value transactions and the unique needs of a luxury clientele. Outstanding Communication Skills: Confident, articulate, and able to build trust and rapport with clients and team members alike. Business Savvy: Strong numerical, organizational, and strategic planning skills, with a focus on driving results.
