Position: Static Building Services Engineer Location: Bexleyheath, DA6 Duration: Permanent Salary: From £42,000 to £45,000 subject to experience level We are looking for an experienced Building Services Engineer for a full time, permanent static position based on a site in Bexleyheath, Kent. This engineer will be working with a small team of maintenance engineers that deal with planned and reactive maintenance for this large static site The right person for this position will already have a strong commercial building services maintenance background. They need to be electrical qualified but also be experienced in mechanical maintenance We are looking for an engineer who is Level 3 electrical qualified with 18th Edition. We would prefer this engineer to also hold test and inspect, but this is not essential. This is a static site, so we do not require a driving licence. However, we do need this person to be accessible to the site as there is an on-call service. Requirements Strong working background as a commercial building services engineer Strong electrical maintenance knowledge Able to deal with mechanical maintenance Based in a short commute to Bexleyheath Level 3 electrical qualified 18thEdition Test and inspection 2391 would be preferred Must be able to join the site on call rota Package Basic salary based on a 40 hourweek On call allowance On call one week in four Monday to Friday position Pension Health care support If you are interested in this position, please send your CV or contact Wendy Evemy ASAP SER-IN
