Building Manager - Leading Managing Agent - West End, London - Prestigious 100,000 Sq Ft Commercial Building - £60k + Package Are you an experienced Building Manager looking for a new opportunity to manage a prestigious 100,000 Sq Ft multi tenanted commercial building in Central London You will be responsible for delivering a 5 FM service, overseeing the day-to-day operation of the building, with a strong focus on service partner management, stakeholder engagement, ESG and service charge budget, ensuring that all facilities and services are maintained to the highest standards. To excel in this role, you will have a proven track record in building management, with excellent communication and leadership skills. You should be able to effectively manage a team of staff and service partners, as well as liaise with tenants and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met. Responsibilities: Management of a best in class FM service provision to multiple tenants in this fantastic building. Oversight of Environmental and Sustainability initiatives across the portfolio. Daily tenant liaison, forming close working relationships with tenants and clients on site Service charge budget preparation, management and reconciliation of around £1 million per annum Health & safety management Hard and soft service contractor management Project management and refurbishment works Requirements: The successful candidate will have 2 + years experience in a similar role with service charge budget experience.
