The Role: Carrot is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to support our growing global presence, with a focus on EMEA. This role will play a key part in driving localized marketing efforts, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our messaging resonates in target markets. The ideal candidate has experience launching products in EMEA, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is eager to support a variety of marketing initiatives, from content development to campaign execution. The Team: This role sits on our Marketing team, reporting to our VP of Marketing. Carrot's Marketing team is responsible for sharing the Carrot story with the world. Responsibilities: Partner with the global sales and customer success teams to develop localized marketing materials that support regional goals Collaborate with the Content Marketing Manager and Design Team to create and adapt content for target markets, ensuring alignment with Carrot's brand and messaging Work closely with Product Marketing, the Director of Comms, Global Sales, and Customer Success teams to shape our messaging in target markets Support the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and partnerships that drive awareness and engagement in EMEA Assist with Product Marketing efforts, helping to refine messaging and positioning for new product launches in the region Research market trends and customer insights to inform localized marketing strategies Analyze marketing performance data to identify areas for improvement Maintain and update regional marketing assets, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all materials Conduct market research to identify industry trends in target markets Assist with localized website updates Minimum Qualifications: 6-8 years of marketing experience Based in the UK Experience launching products in EMEA and tailoring marketing strategies for regional audiences Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and creative teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Comfort with the ambiguity inherent in a fast-paced startup environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B marketing, preferably in health, benefits, or tech industries Familiarity with localization best practices for marketing content Comfort analyzing marketing performance data to optimize strategies Experience managing people Compensation: Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The starting base salary for this position will range from £ 75,000-80,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
