We are wokring on a new permanent opportunity for a full-time senior lawyer to build and lead a new Conveyancing Team for a leading law firm based in Swindon. We are looking for a talented and ambitious solicitor with a proven track record in business development who can hit the ground running and successfully contribute to exciting growth plans. ?The ideal candidate will have 8+ years PQE residential property experience managing a varied and complex caseload. ?The Role Manage a varied case load of residential property transactions from instruction to completion Contribute to the growth of the residential property practice through business development initiatives and networking opportunities and expand the firm s market presence in the area Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering personalised legal services, understanding their needs and providing clear communication throughout the legal process Work collaboratively with other members of the Firm to ensure an efficient and effective client service Support the development and supervision of junior members of the team About you Ideally 8+ years PQE in residential conveyancing Proven business development skills - able to generate own pipeline and network effectively Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities Excellent team player with demonstrable ability to build effective and trusting relationships with clients and colleagues ?This is a very rare opportunity to join a leading law firm and will attract an excellent salary along with an extremely lucrative beneifts package and real career growth plans for the right individual.
