We have a new permanent opportunity for a full-time Senior Associate to join a thriving Family Team in Swindon. ?We are looking for a talented and ambitious solicitor with a proven track record in business development who can hit the ground running and successfully contribute to our growth plans. ?Candidates will ideally have 5-8 years PQE family law experience managing a varied and complex caseload. ?The Role? Manage a varied case load of divorce, separation, financial remedy, and children law matters as well as drafting pre-nuptial and living together agreements on behalf of privately funded clients Contribute to the growth of the family law practice through business development initiatives and networking opportunities Build and maintain strong client relationships by offering personalised legal services, understanding their needs and providing clear communication throughout the legal process Represent clients in family court proceedings, hearings and negotiations, demonstrating strong advocacy skills and legal acumen Work collaboratively with other members of the Firm to ensure an efficient and effective client service Support the development and supervision of junior members of the team ?About you? 5-8 years PQE in family law ideally Proven business development skills - able to generate own pipeline Self-starter with a strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities Excellent team player with demonstrable ability to build effective and trusting relationships with clients and colleagues Excellent salary available (negotiable on PQE) plus a host of lucrative benefits and real career growth opportunities for the right individual.
