We are looking for a hands-on RF Design Engineer to join an innovative tech company near Cambridge. On a day to day basis you will be involved in: Designing, developing, and optimising RF systems at component level Leading integration, testing, and solving complex technical challenges Collaborating across hardware, software, and audio teams Creating detailed technical documentation, including design reports, test plans, and performance assessments What do we need from you? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field. Extensive experience in RF design and development, ideally within the telecommunications industry. Comprehensive knowledge of RF systems and technologies, including design, simulation, and testing. Proven hands-on design experience & component selection Experience with simulation tools (ADS, CST) and hands-on PCB work Strong time management and communication skills, with a history of delivering projects or tasks on time and with high quality. What can you expect in return?
