Position Responsibilities: Creates and manages a prioritized backlog of tasks for agile engineering teams Researches, analyzes, and compiles complex technical data for company products and system-level concepts in the projected operational environments to optimize effectiveness over the program lifecycle Applies complex systems engineering processes, methodologies and tools to the design of system of systems, systems and new product development Derives and develops complex architectures, functional requirements, refinements and product designs Assists in the integration of technical, cost, value, risks and specialty engineering considerations into definition of the product Interfaces with other members of the project or program teams, management, sales and marketing staff, customers and suppliers to meet group, organization and company objectives Develops and revises Statements of Work and Supplier Statements of Work Performs technical planning and control; maintains and improves processes and software tools Participates in Scaled Agile Framework planning and execution Oversees training, leads and mentors others This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at in Hazelwood, MO. Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science 3+ years experience managing projects with Earned Value Management reporting requirements 5+ years experience with data analytics or computer technology Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): 9+ years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience Master s degree Active Security Clearance EVM certified to be a Control Account Manager 1+ year experience on one or more F/A-18, F-15, MQ-25 aircraft programs 1+ year experience with Open Plan Professional 1+ year experience with Jira project management software 5+ years project management experience 5+ years experience with Lean process improvement projects and principles Experience performing root cause analysis to identify corrective actions Experience developing or reviewing Statements of Work Experience developing Basis of Estimates for contract proposals Drug Free Workplace: You can get further details about the nature of this opening, and what is expected from applicants, by reading the below.
