The Role: Create a National Marketing proposition and bring that to life in 22+ locations (and growing !) around England and Wales whilst maintaining a National strategy. Ability to create that Brand and ensure that Brand consistency is delivered consistently across a multi-site organisation.... Key Responsibilities: Strategic Brand Leadership Management of brand strategy (global to local) for luxury or lifestyle brands Creative & Campaign Expertise Proven ability to develop compelling brand assets, direct photoshoots, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns. Digital & Multi-Channel Marketing Awareness of digital channels, proven experience of delivering integrated campaigns. However, this role will be mainly responsible for the 'Offline piece' Team & Stakeholder Management Experienced in leading teams, aligning marketing initiatives across multiple locations, and collaborating with senior stakeholders. Luxury & Multi-Site Experience we re a luxury brand so ideally they have a background in premium hospitality, leisure. Retails or entertainment brands. Client-Side experience. previous experience in roles as senior marketing / campaign / brand manager roles within an inhouse / client side environment. KEY CRITERIA Ability to own and create the Marketing Strategy. Bring Operational teams in the journey, engage locally with geographical challenges and audiences. Building a suite of assets to create brand consistency. Experience of working in a luxury / high end Brand. Experience of working an multisite, high footfall B2C environment. Focussed on Offline / Traditional Marketing. Working with 3rd parties Print, Communications, Radio, TV, Out of home marketing. Personal Qualities A creative thinker who can take ideas from outside the acre sector to improve the Hallmark experience in-line with the business positioning. Problem-solver who is ready and keen to take on new challenges. A must have eye for detail.
