Success Recruit are currently working with a leading supplier based in Central Essex that are growing the business and looking to recruit a Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will become an integral member within the business, it will excite someone who is passionate about delivery and making a difference generating new ideas and focus along the way for the wider marketing team. The successful Marketing Manager expectations: Proven experience of creating successful campaigns and content across varied digital platforms (e.g., website, emails, social media, and blogs) Expertise in producing and implementing a range of professional content for B2C & B2B content marketing. Confident communicator on all levels The successful Marketing Manager will be rewarded with: The opportunity to join a well-respected business A supportive working environment with an open-door policy Free parking on site Flexible working Job Specification The Marketing Manager will focus on enhancing brand visibility, engaging with customers, and supporting the sales team with marketing collateral & promotional materials to help speak to their audience. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will enjoy taking a proactive & creative approach to problem-solving and planning and will play a pivotal role in crafting and communicating the marketing message & developing marketing campaigns that resonate with the client s audience. Duties to include but not limited to Create brand propositions and marketing campaigns Work closely with sales & operations teams Create campaigns using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs) for use in PR activity, Direct campaigns, Social Media channels, Events A creative approach to campaign design and knowing how to use insights to maximise the impact of campaigns Strategically plan, oversee, and enhance the delivery of key annual events within targeted audiences Stakeholder Engagement: Actively engage and collaborate with internal stakeholders, network agents, and external partners Implement performance tracking, regularly reporting insights, metrics, and recommendations to the Sales & Management team This is an excellent opportunity for someone to take ownership for the creative marketing and strategy moving forwards. Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm, flexible working hours ( 35 hour week ) Salary: £35-£40k Looking to find your dream job?
