The successful candidate will join a growing and motivated team that shares the company's vision and goals.\n\nEstimating & Cost Analysis\n\nProduce detailed and precise cost estimates for civil engineering projects, including remediation, groundworks, drainage, and infrastructure.\nAnalyse project plans, specifications, and relevant documentation to determine labour, plant, and material costs, ensuring an accurate and comprehensive programme.\nObtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations to guarantee alignment with project requirements and cost efficiency.\nConduct thorough risk assessments, identifying potential challenges and opportunities.
