My client are currently recruiting five Senior Carers across Inverness offering a full time, part time, night shift and day shift opportunities.As Senior Carer you will be responsible for a team, delegating responsibilities and supporting with the training and development of staff members to ensure we achieve the highest professional standards of care. Responsibilities Delegating responsibilities to the care team. Rota management ensuring staffing requirements are met. Provide management support in the absence of the service/deputy manager.
