Senior Care Assistant - Nights Salary: £15.09 per hour + Incentives Hours: Full Time 7:00 pm to 7:00 am (Including alternate weekends) Location: Sleaford About the Role: Merco are delighted to represent a renowned care home group in their search for an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join their night shift team. This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate and skilled Care Assistants looking to progress in their careers and contribute to high-quality care in a respected residential/nursing home setting. The successful candidate will lead a team during the night shift, ensuring Person-Centred Care is delivered and supporting residents' needs in a safe and supportive environment.
