We are currently recruiting for a talented Senior Architectural Technologist to join a well-established multi-disciplinary practice based in Cambridge that work throughout the UK designing and delivering projects that range in value between £5m-£30M. Our client has a diverse portfolio so the successful Senior Architectural Technologist will get the opportunity to work on residential, sports & leisure, student accommodation and extra care projects. The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will work across all RIBA Stages, so experience across all Stages is important. Our client is a Revit using practice, so prior experience with the software is important. Senior Architectural Technologist Job Overview Liaising with clients and stakeholders Work on projects across all RIBA stages Technical detailing Run projects Produce high-quality drawings on Revit Develop project briefs and work on these as the project progresses Going to site and producing various reports Senior Architectural Technologist Job Requirements Good knowledge of Revit High technical standard Project running experience Experience working across all RIBA stages Live within a commutable distance of Cambridge Senior Architectural Technologist Salary & Benefits Competitive salary (£42,000 - £50,000 DOE) Enhanced Pension contribution Income protection Professional Subscriptions paid for Holiday Support and training Development plans Other benefits to be discussed at interview stage Bennett & Game Recruitment are acting as a Recruitment Agency in relation to this vacancy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
