SENIOR ARCHITECT / SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST Cambridge Our client has decades of expertise, working in the care and development of some of the best loved buildings in the UK. They provide a start to finish architectural service that integrates funding and planning advice, consultancy, building surveying, conservation and contemporary architecture. They now have a new opportunity within their Cambridge studio for a Senior Architect to join their team and contribute to prestigious and potentially career defining projects, working on iconic historic buildings. The successful candidate will have: Provide Technical design leadership within a project team Excellent Technical and detailing skills for RIBA stages 4 and 5 Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations Experience working on a broad range of project sizes and values Proficient user of AutoCAD, Revit and NBS software Well organised, proactive and enthusiastic approach to work and projects Excellent communication skills Contribute to the practice-wide Technical Leadership Group This is a great opportunity to be a part of a top AJ100 practice who are known for their excellence in architecture and conservation consultancy.
