Job Purpose Support a varied client portfolio, working closely with the Senior team to ensure expectations and deadlines are met Preparation of accounts Preparation of financial statements Build strong rapport with teams across the wider firm, ensuring clear and effective communication Develop junior staff by reviewing work, offering guidance and championing skill sharing Use relevant software including CCH and Microsoft Office Liaise with clients, building trusted relationships and proactively handling queries Identify new processes and ways to increase efficiency Research and interpret changes to regulations Champion your own professional development, regularly undertaking training opportunities Provide support to Senior Managers and Partners by undertaking ad-hoc work where needed About This Firm Available with a leading firm in Newcastle-under-Lyme, this Senior Accountant job is an incredible opportunity to join one of Staffordshire's fastest growing firms.
