Sales Development Representative Hybrid (UK-Based) Manchester Full-time Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) My client is one of the UK s fastest-growing marketing brands and they re on the hunt for a driven, creative, and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team and play a pivotal role in their continued growth. With a team of 40+ spanning Manchester, New York, and Skopje, and clients that include some of the world s most exciting brands, this is your chance to join a high-performing team that s scaling internationally. The Role: This is an entry-level sales position with big development potential. You ll be a key player in building the pipeline, qualifying leads, and setting up opportunities that convert into long-term clients. Ideal for someone hungry to grow and ready to bring bold ideas to the table. What You ll Be Doing: Build and manage qualified outbound prospect lists Execute multi-channel outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, videos) Qualify inbound leads and convert them into booked meetings Think creatively to generate and pursue new leads Maintain a clean, organised sales pipeline Work closely with client services to ensure smooth handovers Smash your sales targets and then some! What You ll Bring: 1+ year experience in outbound sales or lead generation (agency experience is a bonus!)
