Our client, a global iconic technology brand company, is recruiting for a Sales Account Manager to join their business in the United Kingdom. Position Title Sales Account Manager Position Type Employment contract Start Date ASAP Duration 12 months rolling Location London, UK Contact : Minghui Han +49 1721401062 Responsibilities: You will be responsible for sales, business development and relationship management for UK Operator partners. Developing and implementing promotional plans to deliver against sales KPIs (revenue & volume). Obtaining trust and fostering deep relationships with key decision makers to increase brand consideration. Managing day-to-day customer engagement, resolving challenges and ensuring business continuity. Regularly report on sales progress and account development including key actions to drive sales. Acquiring a systematic understanding of partners ongoing requirements to drive win-wins. Ensuring stock control, accurate sales forecasting & align intake plans. Plan, track and control account investment and budgets. Support the planning and direction of all account marketing initiatives. Become the expert for the company's products, services and propositions and effectively communicate to partners / key customers. Coordinate quarterly product ranging process and commercial negotiations. Create detailed account plans sales forecasting, account activities, competitor monitoring, achievement vs. targets, account dynamics. Own cross-functional relationships sales, commercial, supply chain, marketing, GTM and portfolio (internal/external). Requirements: 5+ years work experience in Telecoms, Consumer Electronics or FMCG industries. Results driven with a proven track record in sales. Excellent communication, organisation, presentation, and facilitation skills. CRM experience, with a track record in building strong relationships. Ability to see the broader picture, identify, own, and resolve challenges. Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office (strong Excel, Word and PPT skills is a must) Strong preference for candidates with experience in developing/executing key accounts within Telecoms or Consumer Electronics sector and with industry knowledge.
